CORONAVIRUS
Self- isolating? Required to work from home? Your PC or Laptop is likely to be your lifeline to the outside world, so If you have any computer problems give us a call. While PC-FIXED normally operates a mobile service, we are asking customers wherever possible, to bring their machines to us. Please follow these coronavirus precautions and guidelines
*** If you are, or suspect you are, Covid-19 positive it is imperative you tell us ***
*** Please note: we do not accept machines or see customers without prior arrangement ***
Some issues can be fixed remotely however if we have to do a hands-on fix, we will ask you to bring your machine to our home workshop. Please note we are practicing social distancing so you will be asked to keep to the latest guidelines. If you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or they are present in your household please understand that you should not contemplate bringing a machine that could have traces of the virus on it to us.

✅ Prepare your machine. Disconnect it, place it in a carrier bag along with its charger. Include a note with your contact details (mobile, home address and email) and any passwords needed to log into it.
✅ When you call, please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand and keep our face to face time to a minimum.
We will keep you informed via phone or email.
During this difficult period, we will do everything w can to keep turnaround times to a minimum bearing in mind demand is at an all-time high and jobs take longer because of the coronavirus precautions we have to take.
