All refurbs have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 90-day warranty.  If you are unhappy with your purchase and it is returned within 30 days, in the same condition as you got it, we will refund you in full excluding any additional charges we made relating to setup and migration.. Please note: When we refurbish, we clean and replace worn parts but, because they are pre-owned, we cannot offer any warranty beyond 90 days. Our warranty excludes laptop batteries.
