Martin diagnosed a potentially failing hard drive to my laptop and replaced it promptly with a new SSD. Excellent customer service and great communications. Unfortunately the new SSD malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. (Hey, these things happen). What impressed me was Martin's response. New (larger) SSD installed under warranty within 24 hours of me contacting Martin.

I contacted Martin via email and explained what my laptop was doing. Straight away he identified that my laptop was in a "reboot-loop". I then took the laptop to Martin and within less than 24hours he had completely fixed the laptop, installed a new hard drive and updated all the programs required. Most importantly for me however Martin had managed to keep all my old files and nothing was lost. Martin even hand delivered the laptop back to me as I was having difficulty arranging to pick up the laptop. Fantastic service!

I had spent many frustrating hours over many months waiting for my temperamental lap-top to stop randomly freezing and whirring. Finally it refused to open at all and I took it to PC-Fixed fearing the worst. I needn't have worried.....Martin was brilliant. He analysed the problem, replaced the hard disk and managed to retrieve all of my files, so I was able to pick it up just the next day, fully repaired, like new. Its now working perfectly and such a dream to be able to access everything so quickly.

I am absolutely ecstatic with the service and quality of Martin's work. I sent emails out to numberous local businesses requesting a quote for a custom built pc. I had all the components already (Black Friday shopping).
