Are you having computer problems while working from home or self-isolating?

Most PC and Laptop problems are caused by one of two things: mechanical failure or system corruption.  Unfortunately the first can only be fixed with hands-on attention and will require the machine dropping off to us.  On the other hand many issues can be fixed remotely as long as –

•  you have internet access and email and
•  the machine is still booting-up and logging in.

If you are experiencing unusual behaviour, slow-downs, crashes or just some apps won’t start, give us a call on 01785 816565. We will book you in for our remote check-up and repair process.

There is a minimum charge of £25 for the first half hour where we will investigate your problem and complete our initial diagnosis and If we can’t fix it we’ll stop there.  if we can, it’s £25 for each further half hour we are connected. Most jobs get done within one hour and we take all major credit cards.

Due to present circumstances we are not offering home or work-place visits however if you have a poorly machine that can’t be fixed remotely you can arrange to drop it off at our home-office in Stone.  Please phone us first to make arrangements where we will also explain our safe handling procedures.  Please do not arrive without an appointment.
