Martin diagnosed a potentially failing hard drive to my laptop and replaced it promptly with a new SSD. Excellent customer service and great communications. Unfortunately the new SSD malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. (Hey, these things happen). What impressed me was Martin's response. New (larger) SSD installed under warranty within 24 hours of me contacting Martin.

I contacted Martin via email and explained what my laptop was doing. Straight away he identified that my laptop was in a "reboot-loop". I then took the laptop to Martin and within less than 24hours he had completely fixed the laptop, installed a new hard drive and updated all the programs required. Most importantly for me however Martin had managed to keep all my old files and nothing was lost. Martin even hand delivered the laptop back to me as I was having difficulty arranging to pick up the laptop. Fantastic service!

I had spent many frustrating hours over many months waiting for my temperamental lap-top to stop randomly freezing and whirring. Finally it refused to open at all and I took it to PC-Fixed fearing the worst. I needn't have worried.....Martin was brilliant. He analysed the problem, replaced the hard disk and managed to retrieve all of my files, so I was able to pick it up just the next day, fully repaired, like new. Its now working perfectly and such a dream to be able to access everything so quickly.

I'm not very techy and Martin's friendly, calm, professional and clear approach was really helpful. Definitely a 100%+ recommendation from me!

Having taken my new laptop to a local guy who knew about IT hardware repairs, it soon became apparent he didn't know a lot about software compatability issues. The transfer of data was not as I wanted it. Martin immediately identified the issues, and understood what I needed. and he sorted it for no more than the first guy charged me. ! Martin is my hero! Got what everyone told me was the ‘dreaded blue screen’ on my laptop, rang Martin at 10.30am he knew exactly what was wrong and said to drop it to him. I am absolutely ecstatic with the service and quality of Martin's work. I sent emails out to numberous local businesses requesting a quote for a custom built pc. I had all the components already (Black Friday shopping).

Within 36 hours of sending an email to PC-FIXED my gaming beast of a machine was collected, built and returned with all my specifications and requests adhered to, with the care and attention normally reserved for a newborn child (which is exactly how i view this new monstrosity of a gaming machine).

His price was almost on par with other quotes from local competitors (slightly less), but the service, quality of work and quick response to communications are certainly superior.

What an excellent service!!!! My laptop crashed when I was in the middle of a time-sensitive, really important piece of work. They saw me the same day and even leant me a laptop to use in the mean time. They managed to resolve the issue unbelievably quickly and at such a reasonable price. Thrilled with the service. Excellent + swift laptop repair I contacted PC Fixed in a complete panic as my laptop displayed a message saying the fan was broken - Martin replied swiftly and had it mended in a few days, keeping me updated through the process. His service is very friendly and efficient. Martin transferred all of our files from our old lap top onto our new one. It was a relief to see our new lap top in logical order, compared to the chaois of our old one!
Unfortunately in the couple of weeks since, we fell pray to hackers. Martin very kindly responded to our computer emergency very quickly on a Sunday evening, outside of normal working hours.

Our laptop had been u/s for eighteen months - we had bought a replacement for it. Martin fixed my Samsung laptop for me and I now call it ‘Lazarus’ as I truly thought it was dead! He fitted some more memory and something called an SSD which has not only brought it back to life but it now flies!
