Our director, founder, and chief troubleshooter, Martin White, has over 35 years’ experience in all sorts of computers, PCs and Laptops and is expert at diagnosing faults as well as finding solutions.

All repairs are fully guaranteed and you won’t pay a penny until you have accepted a fixed price estimate.  We don’t believe in unpleasant surprises!

Occasionally, we determine that a repair is uneconomical and we are not afraid to tell you just that. After all, it doesn’t make sense to spend money on a machine that is simply too old or is wearing out.  In these cases, we can usually recommend a replacement and offer a transfer and migration service so that all your precious files, documents, pictures, etc. are safely copied to their new home.
